Challenging the mind. Nourishing the spirit.

Our vision is for our pupils to have a coherent learning experience with clear learning pathways to higher education and employment. We aim to create a hub of excellence for students and young adults. Our objective is for Pioneer Secondary Academy, and for any other school which might join SAT in the future, to be outstanding in all areas. We aspire to develop social responsibility through exemplary programs of outreach and service and to create a community bonded by open-heartedness, hope, compassion, and concern.

Be Inspired | Be Challenged | Be Creative | Be Yourself

Proven Track Record

Khalsa Primary School was inspected by OFSTED in January this year and was judged to be ‘OUTSTANDING’ in all areas, with no areas for improvement. We have a strong background of school improvement and have been recognised as the best performing primary school in Slough. Furthermore, we are and have in the past been successful improvement partners to a number of schools, both locally and nationally.
One of our teachers has been recognised by the UK National Teachers’ Awards as a potential Teacher of the Year and our Head has been shortlisted for Head Teacher of the Year. In July 2020, Khalsa Primary School was named as ‘Making a Difference, Primary School of the Year‘ at the Pearson National Teaching Awards.

Visionary and inspiring senior leadership underpins the shared high aspirations and first-rate academic standards here.
